Application

 

This machine is one of the process equipment commonly used in the production of solid preparations in the pharmaceutical industry. It has many functions such as mixing, drying, granulating and coating. At the same time, it is widely used in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other industries.

 

 

Working principle

 

The machine is composed of a top spray system, a bottom spray system, an air treatment system, a heating system, a control system, an exhaust dust removal system and the like. The top spray is a granulation drying function, and the bottom spray is a coating function. The above functions are all realized on the same boiling granulator, and the user can select the functional requirements according to the actual production process. When the top spray is sprayed, the adhesive is sprayed from top to bottom through the nozzle of the spray gun, and the adhesive is atomized into a very fine droplet sprayed in the opposite direction to the movement of the material. The adhesion of the material and the material is through the adhesive. The liquid bridge adhesion force is bonded together to form a volume that is continuously enlarged to eventually form particles of a certain size.

When coating, the spray gun is installed in the center of the bottom sieve plate, the gun head is upward, and the spray is sprayed from bottom to top. The direction of the spray is in the same direction as the direction of movement of the material. The bottom spray process is the same direction spray, and the spray direction of the coating liquid is consistent with the direction of particle movement. Generally, the movement is fast, continuous, and uniform. Since the coating liquid sprays the surface of the ordered particles in the vicinity of the nozzle, the distance from the nozzle opening to the object to be coated is very close, and the formed film is excellent, and a continuous and tight film can be obtained.

 

 

 

 

Features

 

 

The machine is a new machine researched and developed successfully by our company according to China's actual conditions after absorbing and digesting internationally advanced technology. It has such features as reasonable structure, stable performance, convenient operation, no dead corners, and no exposed bolts. The machine adopts PLC automatic control. All operations are completed automatically according to the process parameters set by users. All process parameters can be printed and the original records are true and reliable. It fully meets GMP requirements for medicine production.

 

The main features are as follows:

1. Integrated with mixing, drying, granulation and coating, it can directly dry liquid materials and has various functions such as rapid drying of particles, powdery materials, granulation and coating

2. The equipment works under closed negative pressure, and the internal surface of the whole equipment is bright and clean, without dead Angle, easy to clean, in line with the requirements of "GMP".

3. PLC+ touch screen control is adopted, all operations can be completed automatically according to the set parameters, and process data can be recorded for analysis.
