HYSS-2680 Automatic Two-color Injection Molding Machine
The two-color injection molding machine adopts two sets of independent parallel AB screw barrel sets, two sets of injection systems are independently controlled, and the movable template is a turntable structure, which is equipped with two sets of parallel AB molds. The turntable is driven by servo motor and can rotate 180 degrees repeatedly, which is fast and accurate. After the first A group of screw barrel group is injected and the mold is opened, the turntable drives the mold and the plastic part to 180 degree position, then the second B group of screw barrel group is injected and the mold is opened and demolded, and a product of two materials and colors is obtained. Since the two injection systems are synchronized, the B group is injecting at the same time as the A group is also injecting, therefore, one finished product comes out after each mold opening (one cycle is completed). If there are more colors and materials, Sea Eagle can add more injection devices to meet the customer's requirement to inject more color plastic products and more material products.
