The injection molding of the hybrid two-color injection molding machine uses the thermophysical nature of plastic plasticity. Plastic materials of different colors enter two or more barrels through a funnel, and the heating coil on the barrel heats the plastic inside into a molten state, while there is a rotating screw inside the barrel. The material slowly begins to plasticize, melt and homogenize under the dual action of the screw's shear force and external heating. When the screw rotates, the material in the molten state is pushed to the head of the screw under the action of shear force and friction of the screw groove, and at the same time, under the counteraction of the material, the screw recedes, gradually forming a storage space at the head of the screw to complete the whole plasticizing process. Then, under the thrust of two or more injection cylinder pistons, the two or more screws inject the material in the storage chamber into the model cavity of the mold with high speed and high pressure. After the molten material in the mold is holding pressure, cooling and fixed plasticization, the mold opens under the action of the mold closing mechanism, and the ejector device ejects and drops the shaped products inside, which completes the whole injection molding process, and in this process, it is all done automatically, and the mixed two-color injection molding machine mixed color plastic products are finished.
